The Vicarage Suite at our luxury hotel in Oxford has everything you’d expect of a luxury hotel room. With an English hand-crafted four-poster bed, vintage slipper baths, and a walk-in rainfall shower.

The beautiful Vicarage Suite, located in the oldest part of our boutique hotel, is a tribute to the hotel’s elegance and timeless style.

The suite features an English handcrafted four-poster bed with beautiful premier cotton sheets in spacious surrounds, two vintage slipper baths to sink into and an invigorating walk-in shower.

Specially designed to offer comfort and style, the suite is complemented by a private city garden, the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring Oxford.

Steeped in history, the stunning Vicarage Suite is so-called as it is set on the side of a building which was the residence for the Vicars of St. Michael at the North Gate Church on Cornmarket street.

A short stroll from our Oxford hotel, the North Gate Church was built around 1000-1050, making it Oxford’s oldest building. The church is named after its original location beside the North Gate of Oxford when it was surrounded by a city wall.
