Frequently Asked Questions

What protocols do you have in place to manage safety of guests during COVID-19?

Your health, safety and well-being are our top priority, and we have implemented several measures to ensure you are safe when staying with us. We have sanitiser stations located in key areas throughout the hotel and have a reinforced cleaning program in public area. We have strengthened our room cleaning protocols including extra disinfection of all high touch areas in rooms and bathrooms. Rooms, once cleaned, will be sealed with a cleaned and sealed for your protection sticker. All our team have received comprehensive safety and hygiene training. Our reception areas have protective screens and our colleagues where possible wear PPE were necessary in line with government guidance. We have social distancing in place in all common areas and have implemented one-way systems or a give way system to ensure social distancing, this is communicated via signage throughout the hotel. We operate a contactless / card payment reception whereby all information will be sent via email or through WhatsApp where possible. We have introduced a WhatsApp service so you can communicate with us during your stay, minimising direct contact. We continuously review our Food & Beverage service in line with official recommendations.

Is there on-site parking?

Our boutique hotel in Oxford is dedicated to being kinder to the environment, which means we do not have an onsite car park. Instead, we encourage our guests to utilise greener methods of transport, such as the Park & Ride – the nearest is Seacourt. This offers overnight parking (£4 for 24 hours).

The nearest public car park is Worcester Car Park which is just about 5-minute walk from our Oxford hotel. This costs £28/24 hours (Sunday to Friday) and £35/24 hours on Saturdays. There is a night charge from 8 pm to 8 am from £4.

Are you children-friendly (inc.travel cots)?

We have two travel cots. Young children are allowed to stay in the same rooms as their parents as long as they are happy to sleep in the same bed [no rollaway beds]. There is an additional charge of £30 per child.

What’s the closest train station?

Oxford Train Station is just a 10 minute walk from our boutique hotel.

What are your check-in/ out times?
